Classes Offered to
Boys and Girls ages 3 and Up
Adult Classes
Students progress from beginner through
intermediate and on to advanced levels at the discretion
of the director, based on individual ability and
achievement.

Provides a solid foundation for all
other forms of dance and also forms the basis for
discipline, creativity and appreciation of dance as an
art form. Students are motivated to strive for
excellence in technique, grace and poise, with
additional emphasis on strength, energy and athleticism. |

| Is an intricate
form of dance with the feet as well as the body. Tap
enhances rhythmic dynamics, speed & agility. Traditional
& Contemporary tap styles are taught, with a focus on
total body movement, technical correctness & performance
quality. |

| Is recommended
to develop style, strength and versatility. Students are
encouraged to explore many styles such as Classical
Jazz, Blues, Latin, Rock and Hip Hop, to name a few. |

| Is a
combination of jazz, modern and ballet techniques
incorporating balance control and musical
interpretation. |

Eligible by
Audition Only.
Students are
invited to take Pointe when their strength and technical
achievement reaches a level where the additional
challenge would benefit their classical ballet training. |

A class in which students
learn a routine interpreting a song from a "Broadway" or
movie musical or portray a character from a play or
movie with acting, singing and choreography indicative
of the original piece.

| Street style jazz that focuses
more on the definition of sharp contractions and smooth
rhythmatic transitions. Acro tricks are not taught. |

| The Academy
holds its annual dance recital at the end of the season
in June. All students are encouraged to participate.
This a great time for students to show their family and
friends what they have learned throughout the season.
Students gain self-confidence performing in front of an
audience. |

| Students must
be proficient in ballet, tap and jazz. Team members will
travel, compete and perform throughout the year. |
